DEPOSITS

Your appointment will require a $40 dollar non refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours and it will go towards your service. If deposit is not paid within the timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled.

PAYMENTS

Payment method for the remaining balance at time of appointment is as follows:
Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or credit/debit cards swipes tax will be added if using the card machine.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a no refund policy on all services. No call/no show, no future appointments. Same day cancellations 50% of scheduled appointment is due before rebooking. Cancellations 48 hours or less, a $40 dollar fee is required for taking up an appointment slot, or risk loosing your deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS

There will be a 10 min grace period allowed to arrive to your appointment. Anything after the grace period there will be a $15 dollar fee added to your service. If you’re late past 30 minutes, you can risk your appointment to be rescheduled.
